ground - Beef Goulash #6
2 pounds of Shell pasta
2 pounds of Hamburger
salt and pepper
1 Large can of Tomato Sauce
2, 6 ounce cans of Tomato Paste
1 "squirt" of Ketchup
16 ounces of Cheese
Salt and Pepper
Cook shell pasta al dente to package directions as
they will cook more when mixed with the other
ingredients. Set aside.
Brown the hamburger in a skillet with the salt and
pepper. Drain off the grease.
Mix hamburger and pasta together with both cans
of tomato paste and 1/2 of the tomato sauce.
Add the ketchup and cheese and mix together.
Note:
If you find that the Goulash looks like it needs a
little more liquid, then add more. I have found that
depends on the brand of things I buy as to how much
I need to add.
