ground - Beef Pastry Pockets
3/4 ground beef, browned, drained and cooled
1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
3/4 cup Ricotta cheese
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1/2 teaspoon grouond black pepper
1 ct frozen puff pastry, thawed
...and cut into 5 inch squares
Combine filling ingredients.
In center of squares, put a heaping 1/3 cupful of filling.
Moisten edges of pastry with water.
Fold over to form triangles; press with fork to seal.
Bake at 400 degrees F. for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
Makes 8 servings.
