1 unbaked pie shell (deep)
1/2 pound ground beef
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup milk
2 eggs
1 Tablespoon cornstarch
1 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese, chopped
1/3 cup onions, sliced
chopped bell pepper
Brown meat over medium heat. Drain and set aside.
Blend mayonnaise, milk, eggs and cornstarch together
until smooth.
Stir in meat, cheese, onions and peppers.
Turn into pastry shell.
Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes or until
golden brown.
