ground - Beef Pie, large, #6, w/mashed potatoes

1 pound ground beef
2 eggs
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 small onion, minced
1/2 cup catsup
1/2 cup cracker crumbs
2 Tablespoons chopped green pepper
1 can corn, drained
hot mashed potatoes (2 medium sized)
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Mix ground beef, eggs, salt, pepper, onion, catsup, cracker
crumbs, green pepper together.
Spread over bottom of 9 x 1 1/2 inch pie pan.
Sprinkle corn over ground beef mixture.
Bake at 350 degrees, uncovered for 35 to 40 minutes.
Then spread top with hot mashed potatoes.
Sprinkle cheese over top of potatoes.
Bake for 3 to 4 more minutes.
