ground - Beef in Biscuits
1 pound hamburger
3/4 cup tomato juice
1 small onion -- minced
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Favorite biscuit dough
Heat oven to 425 degrees F.
Roll biscuit dough out to 1/4 inch thickness.
Cut into 4 inch squares.
Combine meat ingredients together.
Place 1 Tablespoon of mixture in the center of each square
of dough.
Fold over dough so meat is covered.
Place in pan and bake for 40 minutes.
Makes 8 servings.
