ground - Country Summer Skillet Supper
1 pound ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1/8 tsp. garlic powder or 1 clove garlic, minced
1, 10 3/4 ounce can Golden Mushroom Soup
1, can condensed beef broth
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme leaves, crushed
1, 14 1/2 ounce can diced tomatoes
1 small sliced zucchini
1 1/2 cups uncooked corkscrew pasta
Cook beef, onion and garlic in skillet until browned. Pour off fat.
Add soup, broth, thyme, tomatoes and zucchini. Heat to a boil. Stir
in pasta. Cook over low heat 15 min. or until done.
Serves 4.
