ground - Creamy Cabbage Goulash
1 head cabbage, sliced into 1/4 inch strips
1 pound ground beef or beef cubes
1 onion, chopped fine
2 beef bullion cubes
1, 10 3/4 ounce can cream of celery soup
1/2 can condensed milk
Brown meat and onion in fry pan.
Lay cabbage over beef.
Add bullion cubes.
Mix soup and milk together. Pour over
beef.
Simmer until tender.
Serves 4 to 5.
