    ground - Meatloaf #7, w/Cranberry Glaze

    for the meatloaf:
    1 egg
    1/2 cup milk
    1 pound ground beef
    1/2 pound hot pork sausage
    1/3 cup quick cooking oats
    1 onion, chopped
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
    1 small sweet green bell pepper, chopped
    1/2 cup ketchup

    for the glaze:
    1, 16 ounce can jellied cranberry sauce
    1/2 cup brown sugar
    1 Tablespoon lemon juice

    for the meatloaf:
    Beat egg and milk together.
    Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
    Place in 9 x 13 inch baking pan.

    for the glaze:
    Mix glaze ingredients and pour over loaf.
    Bake at 350 degrees F. for 45 minutes.
    Remove loaf and skim off fat.
