ground - Meatloaf #8, (moist)
for the meatloaf:
2 beaten eggs
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
3 - 5 crumbled soda crackers
1 1/2 pounds ground beef
2/3 cup milk
1 small chopped onion
1 cup freshly grated Cheddar cheese
for the topping sauce:
1/4 cup ketchup
1/4 cup packed light brown sugar
1 tablespoon yellow or honey mustard
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
for the meatloaf:
Blend all of the ingredients together in a medium bowl and
mix well. Place in an ungreased bread loaf pan.
for the topping sauce:
Mix all the ingredients together and pour on top of the meatloaf.
Bake for 1 hour.
