    ground - Porcupine Hamburgers

    1 cup minute type rice
    2 pounds ground beef
    1, 28 ounce container spaghetti sauce
    1 sliced onion, separated into rings
    salt and pepper
    Mozzarella cheese

    Mix together uncooked rice and ground beef.
    Form into patties.
    Place patties in 13 x 9 inch glass pan.
    Top with sauce and onion rings.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Bake at 400 degrees F. for 15 minutes.
    Top with cheese and bake another 10 minutes or
    until done to your liking.
