leftover - Roast Beef Hash
1 cup cooked cubed roast beef
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
2 medium cubed potatoes
2 tablespoons chopped onion
1/4 cup water
1/2 teaspoon beef bouillon granules
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Melt the butter in a frying pan.
Add the remaining ingredients and mix.
Cover and cook on low until the potatoes are tender
and everything is heated through.
Uncover and cook for 5 minutes longer.
