    You can make this up the night before and put it into the oven
    when you first get up. It will be ready by 5 pm.


    roast - All Day Beef Roast

    4 - 6 pound beef roast
    peeled whole garlic cloves to taste
    2 cans cream of celery or mushroom soup
    2 packages dry onion soup mix
    6 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

    Preheat oven to 150 - 175. Need a roasting pan with a tight fitting lid.
    Cut slits into the roast and stuff each with a garlic clove.
    Use as much garlic as you like.
    Place roast into pan.
    Pour the canned soup on top and sprinkle with the dry soup and then
    the Worcestershire sauce.
    No mixing necessary.
    Cover and cook in oven for 10 hours.

    Thicken the sauce for gravy and serve with potatoes and another vegetable.
