    steak - Steak RollUps #2

    1 pound any kind of steak about 1/4 inch thick
    sliced bacon

    Dry steak with paper towels. Pound steak flat with mallet.
    Slice crosswise into about 1/2 to 1 inch wide.
    Saute as many slices of bacon as you have steak strips,
    until they are about 1/2 done.
    Drain bacon on paper towels until cool enough to handle.
    Place bacon flat on cutting board.
    Place one strip of steak on each slice of bacon.
    Roll up and secure with a tooth pick.
    Place the rolls on a broiler pan with a rack.
    Broil approximately 6 inches from top heat for about
    4 to 6 minutes on each side.
    Makes 2 servings.
    Serve with baked potatoes.
