Cafe Continental
4 cups (1 L) hot water
1/2 cup (125 ml) sherry
1/4 cup (60 ml) PurJava Honduran Dark Roast liquid
coffee concentrate
1 Tbs (15 ml) brown sugar, or to taste
1 tsp (5 ml) powdered ginger
1/2 tsp (2 ml) ground coriander
Orange slices for garnish (optional)
Combine all the ingredients, stirring to dissolve the sugar.
Pour into mugs and serve garnished with a slice of orange
if desired.
Serves 4.
