Cafe Zurich
1 Tbs (15 ml) anisette
1 Tbs (15 ml) cognac
1 Tbs (15 ml) amaretto
1 tsp (5 ml) honey
Hot coffee
Whipped cream for garnish (optional)
Put the liqueurs and honey in a coffee mug.
Pour in the hot coffee.
Top with whipped cream if desired.
Serves 1.
