2 Earl Gray teabags (decaffeinated if you have them)
2 Ginger-Peppermint herbal teabags
Boiled water
Raw honey (optional, to taste) I prefer mine unsweetened.
Place teabags into a temperature-proof glass jug.
Pour freshly-boiled water over tea.
If using raw honey, add at this stage.
Steep for approx half hour, (30 minutes).
Remove tea bags.
Cool down, then refrigerate, covered.
