    Sherbert Float

    List of Ingredients

    1 cup freshly sliced strawberries
    1 cup milk
    1 cup + 1 cup orange sherbet, separated
    ...(can use sherbert of your choice)
    1, 8 ounce can crushed pineapple, undrained

    Recipe

    Combine the strawberries, milk, 1 cup of the sherbet,
    and the pineapple in a blender/food processor.
    Cover and blend until smooth.
    Pour into 4 glasses.
    Top each with a scoop from the remaining sherbet.
    Serve immediately.
    Makes 4 servings.
