    List of Ingredients

    Bmachine - German Bread

    2-2/3 cups whole-wheat flour
    1 cup white flour
    2-1/2 T bran
    1 T soy flour
    1-1/2 T sugar
    1 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp bread machine yeast
    2 cups lukewarm water

    Mix all the dry ingredients together in a bowl.
    Pour in the water and mix.
    Put the mixture into a bread machine basket (2 lb capacity) and set it
    to the whole-wheat bread cycle (4 1/2 hours).
    The bread, when done, just about fills the basket. Too much yeast, and
    it can overflow.
