    Bmachine - Pizza Dough #2

    Prep: 10 min, Cook: 1:00, plus rising time.
    2 tsp. active dry yeast
    3 cups unbleached all purpose flour
    1-1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 cup olive oil, optional
    1 cup water

    All ingredients are measured for a small loaf and should be at room
    temperature. Add ingredients in order specified for your bread machine. Set
    on standard setting, medium, or normal baking cycle. At the end of final
    cycle, transfer dough to lightly oiled work surface and roll out to fit pan.
    For thick crust, roll to 1/2 inch allow cover with a clean kitchen cloth to
    rise about 20 minutes. For thin crust, simply transfer to pan that has been
    oiled or sprinkled with cornmeal. To make pizza, preheat oven to 450°F. Heap
    on your favorite toppings and bake about 15 minutes, or until crust is
    browned.
    This recipe serves 12 people. Due to the nature of this recipe, it adjusts
    the number of servings in multiples of 12 only.
