    This is the easiest ever to prepare! They are wonderful!

    Butter Biscuits, melt in your mouth

    1 cup real butter, softened
    2 cups self-rising flour
    8 ounces sour cream

    Mix butter and flour together. Then add sour cream.
    Drop by spoonful into tiny cup muffin tins or tartlet pans.
    Bake at 450 degrees F for 8 - 10 minutes.
    Do not grease muffin pans.
    Makes about 50 small bite-sized biscuits.
