I'd think for rolls, this could also be placed on a
baking sheet, and with mixture in center, then fold
sides up and pinch together and bake...
This unusual recipe tops refrigerated biscuits with
chopped cabbage cooked together with onions and
caraway seeds.
Cabbage Bread #2, meatless
2 Tbsp. Olive oil
2 Tbsp. butter
4 cups bagged coleslaw mix
2 onions, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. caraway seed
2, 10 ounce packages refrigerated bviscuits
In heavy skillet saute cabbage, onion, and garlic in
butter and oil for 2-3 minutes. Cover skillet and cook
over medium heat for 10-12 minutes until cabbage and
onions are crisp tender. Stir occasionally during cooking.
Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and caraway seed.
Heat oven to 375 degrees F.
Meanwhile, separate dough into 20 biscuits and press
over bottom and 1/2 inch up sides of 13x9x2 inch pan
or 12 inch pizza pan. Make sure perforations are well
