Chocolate Chip Bubble Biscuits

Serve these biscuits warm as a treat for a weekend breakfast.
The melted chocolate chips and the streusel topping will make
this become a family favorite.
Chocolate Chip Bubble Biscuits
for biscuits:
2 1/2 cups Hungry Jack Complete
...Pancake & Waffle Mix (Just Add Water type)
1/3 cup granulated white sugar
1/2 cup miniature semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
for topping:
1/4 cup ranulated white sugar
1/4 cup finely chopped walnuts, optional
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Heat oven to 375 degrees F.
Grease an 8 or 9 inch square pan.
for biscuits:
In large bowl, combine pancake mix, sugar and chocolate
chips; stir until just mixed. Add water, sour cream and
vanilla; blend well.
On well-floured surface, shape dough into 16 balls,
(about 2 inches in diameter). Place balls in pan in rows of
4x4 in the pan.
for topping:
In a small bowl, combine all topping ingredients and mix
well. Sprinkle evenly over the dough balls in pan
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool
10 minutes before serving. Serve warm.
Makes 16.
High Altitude:
Add 1/4 cup flour to dry pancake mix. Bake as above.
