Chunky Cheese Bread, easy
1 16oz. pkg. hot roll mix
1/4 c. chopped sun dried tomatoes, optional
1 tbsp. sliced or chopped green onion, optional
8oz. cubed cheese
Make hot roll mix according to package directions, adding sun -dried tomatoes and green onion; knead cheese into dough.
Divide dough in half; shape into 2 round or oval loaves on a greased cookie sheet or in two 8 1/2" x 4 1/2" x 2 3/4" loaf pans.
Be sure to grease well so cheese does not stick after baking.
Cover and let rise in a warm place until doubled in size, 30 - 40 minutes.
Bake at 375 until golden, about 20 minutes.
Makes 2 loaves.
This bread can be stored in the freezer.
