2 cups + 3 cups flour, separated
2 packages fast rising yeast
1 tablespoon sugar
2 teaspoons salt
2 cups warm milk
1/2 cup warm water
1/4 tablespoon baking soda, (1 teaspoon)
Recipe
You will need 2 greased and cornmeal dusted bread loaf pans.
Stir together the 2 cups of flour, yeast, sugar, salt, and baking soda.
Add the milk, and water and mix well.
Add the other 3 cups of flour and mix together.
The dough will be sticky.
Divide the dough into the loaf pans.
Let rise 35 to 45 minutes.
Then bake at 350 degrees F. for 12 minutes.
