sweet - Strawberry Bread #2

3 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon salt
2, 10 ounce containers frozen strawberries,
(drain and save 1/2 cup of the juice)
1 cup oil
4 well beaten eggs
1, 8 ounce package cream cheese for spread

Combine dry ingredients; mix well.
Add rest of ingredients.
Mix until all moistened.
Pour into 2 (8 x 4 inch) greased and floured loaf pans.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
