sweet - Apple Nut Bread
1/2 cup margarine
3/4 cup granulated white sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup sour cream
1 cup apples, pared and chopped
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
Grease a 9 x 5 bread loaf pan.
Cream margarine and sugar.
Add eggs and vanilla.
Combine flour, soda and salt and add to cream mixture
alternating with sour cream.
Add apples and walnuts.
Pour into loaf pan and bake for about 1 hour or until
tester comes out clean.
