scratch - Banana Bundt Cake

1 cup butter flavor shortening
2 cups white granulated sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups flour
1 level teaspoon baking powder
1 level teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups ripe mashed bananas
2/3 cup sour cream

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Lightly grease and flour a bundt pan or muffin pans.
Stir together the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Set aside.
Cream shortening and sugar together.
Add eggs and vanilla and blend well.
Add the mashed bananas into sugar mixture and blend well.
Alternately add dry ingredients and sour cream to sugar mixture.
Pour into desired baking pan(s).
Bake bundt for 50 minutes, or until tester comes out clean.
Bake muffins for 30 minutes, or until tester comes out clean.
