scratch - Chocolate Mayonnaise Cake #2

2 cups flour
1 cup white granulated sugar
2 1/2 level teaspoons baking soda
4 tablespoons cocoa powder
1 cup mayonaise or salad dressing,
...(do Not use low fat/fat free styles)
1 cup boiling water
1 teaspoon vanilla
pinch of salt

Grease a tube or bundt pan.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Sift together the flour, sugar, baking soda and cocoa.
Add the mayonaise, water, vanilla and salt and stir
together quickly.
Pour into pan and bake until done.
Use cake tester to test for doneness.
(May use a stick of thin spaghetti if do not have tester.)
