    I'm sure you could make this into one large cake. Grease and flour a tube pan, bake for 50 minutes or until tester comes out clean, let cool in pan, place on serving dish, then drizzle with icing.

    cakeMix - Coconut Cream Cheese Cup Cakes/Cake

    1 (18.25 oz.) pkg. Swiss chocolate cake mix
    1 3oz. pkg. chocolate cook type pudding
    1 8oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 large lightly beaten egg
    1 6oz. pkg. milk chocolate morsels
    1/4 c. flaked coconut

    Preheat oven to 350. Line 24 muffin cups.
    Mix pudding with cake mix and continue to prepare according to package directions; set batter aside.
    Stir together cream cheese, sugar and egg. Stir in chocolate morsels and coconut.
    Spoon each muffin cup 1/2 full with cake batter.
    Drop rounded teaspoonfuls of cream cheese mixture into center of the cake batter in each cup.
    Bake for 19 to 22 minutes or until a tester comes out clean.
    Cool cupcakes in pans on a wire rack for 15 minutes, then remove.
    Cupcakes may be iced if desired.

    variations:
    try leaving out the chocolate morsels
    or try leaving out the flaked coconut
