    List of Ingredients

    scratch - Double Chocolate Mint Cake

    Cake:
    1 cup flour
    1/2 cup butter
    1 1/2 cup chocolate syrup
    1 cup sugar
    4 eggs

    Mint Layer:
    2 cups powdered sugar
    1 tbsp. water
    3 drops green food color
    1/2 cup butter
    1/2 tsp. mint (6 drops)

    Chocolate Topping:
    1 cup mint chocolate chips
    6 tbsp. butter

    Heat oven 350 degrees. Grease 13x9x2 inch pan. In large bowl beat flour,
    sugar, 1/2 cup butter, eggs and syrup until smooth. Pour into prepared
    pan. Bake 25-30 minutes or until it springs back when lightly touched.
    Cool completely. Beat together the powdered sugar, water, food
    coloring, 1/2 cup butter and mint and spread on cooled cake. Chill. In
    microwave melt chocolate chips and 6 Tblsps butter for 1 - 1 1/2 minutes.
    and pour over dessert.
