cakemix - Strawberry Cake, easy

This recipe works like magic because the marshmallows
go to the top to form a glaze and the strawberries go
to the bottom like an upside cake when you take it out
of the pan. It is so good and so easy to make.

cakemix - Strawberry Cake, easy

1 8oz. pkg. miniature marshmallows
1 2 layer pkg. white or yellow cake mix
4 c. fresh strawberries, cleaned and hulled
1 3oz. pkg. strawberry gelatin

Preheat oven to package directions. Grease a 9x13x2" pan.
Place the marshmallows on the bottom of pan.
Mix the cake mix as directed on the package and pour over top the marsmallows.
Mash the strawberries and the gelatin together.
Pour the strawberry mixture over top of the batter.
Bake as directed on package.
