    scratch - Icebox, Chocolate + Vanilla Layer Cake

    4 large melted milk chcolate bars
    4 beaten egg yolks
    4 stiffly beaten egg whites
    1 cup beaten whipping cream, (1/2 pint)
    vanilla wafers

    Pour beaten egg yolks over melted chocolate.Fold in egg whites and
    cream carefully. Alternate layers of chocolate mixture and vanilla wafers.
    Chill before serving.
