scratch - Sour Cream Pound Cake
2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. baking soda
2/3 c. butter
2 c. sugar
2/3 c. sour cream, (6oz.)
4 eggs
1 tbsp. vanilla butternut extract
Preheat oven to 325. Grease a 8 1/2x4 1/2x2 3/4" bread loaf pan or a bundt pan.
Sift together the flour and baking soda and set aside.
Cream butter, sugar, and sour cream together.
Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
Combine cream mixture with dry mixture.
Mix in extract and pour into pan.
Bake for 1 1/4 hours.
