(Pudding Cakes)

1, 18.25 ounce packaged cake mix,

1, 3 ounce package instant pudding,
...see below for flavor information
1 cup water
4 eggs

Preheat oven to 350. Line pan** on the bottom with wax or parchment paper. Do NOT grease the pan.
Combine in large mixing bowl. Blend at low speed just to moisten.
Then beat 8 minutes at medium speed.
Pour batter into pan.
Bake for time for individual pan's listing below, or until
tester comes out clean.
Cool right side up, in pan, for 15 minutes; then remove
from pan.
Cool thoroughly on rack.

May bake in any of the following pans which have been
lined on the bottom(s) with wax or parchment paper:
10 inch tube pan for 50 - 60 minutes
2, 9x5inch loaf pans for 45 - 50 minutes
1, 13x9x2 inch pan for 45 - 50 minutes
3, 9 inch layer pans for 25 - 30 minutes
cupcakes: fill cupcake liners 1/2 full, (makes about 36),
.....for 25 minutes

Devil's food...........coconut cream, chocolate, vanilla
butterscotch...........chocolate
apple spice............lemon

banana..................pineapple cream
lemon flake.............vanilla, lemon
