I have altered this one just slightly from its original.

List of Ingredients

scratch - Yellow Cake #1

/3 c. light oil
2 beaten eggs
2 tsp. vanilla extract
2 c. flour
1 c. white sugar
3 level tsps. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 c. milk

Preheat oven to 350. Grease and flour pan(s).
Sift flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt together in a large bowl.
Add oil, eggs, vanilla and milk.
Blend well and pour into pan(s).
Bake for 35 minutes or until tester comes out clean.
