    cakeMix - Lemonade Poke Cake

    1, 2 layer packaged lemon cake mix
    1 cup + 2 teaspoons water
    1, 3 ounce package instant lemon pudding mix
    1 cup corn or vegetable oil;
    4 eggs
    1, 6 ounce can frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
    2 1/2 cups powdered confectioners sugar

    Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
    Grease a 9x13x2 inch baking pan.
    Combine cake mix, pudding, oil, water and eggs in a
    mixing bowl and mix well.
    Pour into baking pan.
    Bake for 25 - 30 minutes.
    Combine confectioners sugar and lemonade concentrate
    in a bowl and mix well.
    Poke holes in hot cake.
    Spread lemonade mixture over warm cake and down
    into holes.
    Bake for 3 minutes longer.
