This is a really moist cake! And the marshmallows rise to
the top and brown so nicely! Next time I am going to add
chopped pecans. I doesn't really need a frosting, but if
you want to spiff it up a bit you could dust it with powdered
sugar. Believe me, this goes really well with a cup of coffee!!!

cakeMix - Pineapple Marshmallow Cake

2 cups miniature marshmallows ( I just used the whole bag!)
1, 2 layer yellow cakemix
4 eggs
1/2 cup butter, (room temperature)
1 cup milk
1 Large can crushed pineapple WITH JUICE

Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
Butter a 9 X 13 x 2 inch pan.
Line with miniature marshmallows.
Mix cake mix with 4 eggs, butter and milk.
Pour this mixture over the marshmallows.
Spread pineapple with juice over the cake mix.
Bake at for 45 minutes or until cake is done.
