cakeMix - Cheese Filled Yellow Cake

1 box yellow cake mix
2 pounds Ricotta cheese
3/4 cup granulated white sugar
4 eggs, beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla

Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
Grease and flour 13x9 inch pan.
Mix cake according to directions on box.
Pour batter into pan.
Mix Ricotta, sugar, eggs and vanilla.
Pour filling mixture over cake batter and spread
evenly over top. Do Not mix with the batter!
Bake for 1 hour or until toothpick comes out clean.
Cool completely.
Cut into squares to serve.
Makes 1 cake.
