cakemix - Pumpkin Cupcakes #1

1 box Yellow or vanilla cake mix
2 Eggs
1 tablespoon Oil
2/3 cup Canned pumpkin
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
1 cup Water or apple juice
decorations:
vanilla or cream cheese frosting

Heat oven to 350 degrees.
Coat each muffin cup with non-stick cooking spray or use
cupcake liners.
Blend the cake mix with eggs, oil, pumpkin, spices, and
water or juice with mixer at low speed until moistened.
Beat at medium speed for 2 minutes. Spoon into the prepared
muffin pan.
Bake 18 minutes or until done. Cool in pan completely before
frosting. Makes about 18 cupcakes.
