List of Ingredients




scratch - Apple Coffee Cake

Beat the following for 10 Minutes:
4 eggs
1/4 cup orange juice
1 cup grape seed oil
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 cups white granulated sugar

Blend the following and add to the mixture above:
3 cups flour
3 level teaspoons baking powder
Fold in:
1 1/2 cups chopped nuts, (if desired)

Apple Mixture:
4 medium apples, (pared & sliced thin)
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
3 Tablespoons sugar

Grease a tube pan, (angel food cake pan).
Pour 1/3 batter in pan. Spoon on top of that
1/2 of the apple mixture. Then another 1/3
of the batter on that; and then the rest of the
apple mixture. Finish with the last 1/3 of the
batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or
until a tester comes out clean.
