    scratch - BabyFood Cake #3

    1, 4 ounce container strained babyfood apricots
    1, 4 ounce container strained babyfood applesauce
    1, 4 ounce container strained babyfood carrots
    2 cups sugar
    2 cups flour
    1/4 cup oil
    1 teaspoon salt
    2 teaspoons baking powder
    2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
    3 eggs well beaten

    Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
    Grease and flour a 12x17 inch sheet cake pan.
    Mix ingredients for 3 minutes.
    Pour into pand and bake for 20 - 25 minutes.
    Cool then frost with cream cheese frosting.
