    scratch - Corn Nut Snack Cake

    1 cup light brown sugar
    1 cup sugar
    4 eggs
    1 1/2 cup sifted self rising flour
    1 cup chopped nuts
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    1 cup oil

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease
    a 9x12x2 inch pan. Mix all ingredients
    together and pour into pan. Bake for
    30 minutes, or until a tester comes
    out clean. Cut in to squares, like you
    do with cornbread to serve.
    Makes 12 - 16 servings.
