4 large eggs, whites and yolks separated
1 cup granulated white sugar
4 tablespoons Cold water
1 cup flour
1 level tablespoon cornstarch
1 level teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla
Separate eggs. Beat egg yolks with sugar. Add
water and mix well. Stir in flour, cornstarch,
baking powder and vanilla. Stir until well
blended. Beat egg whites until stiff. Gently fold
into batter. Bake in a moderate 350 degree F.
oven until done.
