    Here's a moist coffee cake with a nutty streusel topping.

    scratch - Streusel Coffee Cake

    for the cake batter:
    1/2 cup butter
    3/4 cup granulated white sugar
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    3 eggs
    2 cups all-purpose flour
    1 teaspoon baking powder
    1 teaspoon baking soda
    1 cup sour cream
    for streusel topping:
    2 cups graham cracker crumbs
    1 cup packed brown sugar
    1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
    6 tablespoons butter, softened
    for icing:
    1 cup sifted powdered confectioners sugar
    1 tablespoon butter, softened
    1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
    3 tablespoons milk

    Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
    Greas a 10 in tube/bundt pan.
    In a mixing bowl, cream butter for 30 seconds.
    Add sugar and vanilla; beat until well combined.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
    Combine flour, baking powder and soda; add to creamed
    mixture alternately with sour cream.
    Spoon 1/2 of batter into the tube pan.
    Combine topping ingredients; sprinkle 1/2 over batter.
    Add remaining batter and then the rest of the topping.
    Bake for 45 minutes or until tester comes out clean.
    Cool in pan on wire rack for 10 minutes before removing
    from pan to cool completely.
    For icing, combine all ingredients; drizzle over cake.
