Caramel Marshmallow Squares

14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
1 1/2 cups caramel chips
2 cups miniature marshmallows
1 cup nuts -- coarsely chopped


Combine sweetened condensed milk and chips in
top of double boiler over hot water.
Stir until completely melted and smooth.
Combine marshmallows and nuts in large bowl.
Pour chocolate mixture over top; mix well.
Spread into a foil-lined 9-inch square pan.
Chill until firm, about 20 minutes.
Cut in squares.
Makes 12.
