    Also known as Cathedral, Church, Stained Glass Windows
    and Charlie Chaplin Candy
    These are pretty easy to make but a little rich.


    Chocolate Marshmallow Roll #1

    1/2 cup butter or margarine
    2 squares unsweetened chocolate
    1 1/2 cups powdered confectioners sugar
    1 beaten egg
    1, 6 1/4 ounce bag miniature marshmallows
    3/4 cup chopped nuts

    Melt butter chocolate.
    Stir sugar and egg. Beat until smooth and glossy.
    Stir in marshmallows, and nuts. Stir well.
    Sprinkle wax paper with coconut.
    Pour mixture onto wax paper.
    Let set for 10-15 minutes.
    Wrap in foil--or whatever you like.
    Freeze. Take out and slice.
