These are pretty easy to make but a little rich.

Chocolate Marshmallow Roll #2

1/2 cup butter
1, 12 ounce package chocolate chips
1 teaspoon vanilla
1, 10 1/2 ounce bag mini marshmallows

Melt butter. Add chocolate and vanilla
until mixed.
Cool until just warm.
Add marshmallows.
Divide into 2 parts.
Place each on waxed paper and form into a log.
Refrigerate or freeze.
Cut into slices. Yummy!!
