Chocolate + Peanut Butter Fudge

1/4 lb. butter
4 1/2 c. sugar
1 12oz. can evaporated milk
1 dash salt
1 12oz. pkg. chocolate chips
1 7oz. jar marshmallow cream
1/2 c. smooth peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Place the butter, sugar, evaporated milk and salt in a non stick saucepan.
Bring to a boil and boil for 15 minutes.
Remove from heat.
Add the chocolate chips, marshmallow cream, peanut butter and vanilla. Beat until thick.
Pour into a buttered 13x9" pan. Refrigerate.
