    Christmas Bark

    Large Block Good Quality White Chocolate
    Handful Chopped Raising
    Handful Roughly Chopped Unsalted Pistachios

    1) Melt white chocolate and spread it about 1 cm deep on a lined tin.
    2) Chop up some cranberry raisins and sprinkle on the melted chocolate.
    3) Sprinkle pistachios over top of raisins.
    4) Leave to set. Then roughly break into pieces and bag up for last minute
    gifts.
    The festive colors of red white and green look great.
