    Deep Fried Candy Bar

    Mars Bars or Milky Way Bars
    1 cup flour
    1/2 cup corn flour
    1 pinch of baking soda
    milk or beer
    oil to deep fry

    Chill the candy bar in the frig, but do not freeze. Mix the flours
    and baking soda together.
    Add the milk (traditional) or beer (which gives a lighter result)
    until you get a batter consistency of thin cream. Heat the oil; but
    do not allow to smoke. Remove wrapper from candy. Coat completely in
    batter. Carefully lower into oil and fry til golden brown.
    Serve, with ice cream.
